I ordered 3 sets of solar lights from this company. They are perfect for our garden. Have a nice soft golden glow. They can be solar powered and usb powered which is great for the uncertain British weather. They also come with a years guarantee. The customer service has been second to none. I recently had an issue with the lights in that they’d work from a charge but not the solar panel and I emailed them and they responded straight away with a way to test what was wrong. Turns out the solar panel had gone. They are now despatching a new solar panel. I highly recommend buying your lights from this company. The fact they come with a years guarantee us well worth it.

I bought 5 of these lights and they are perfect for the new patio area we’ve just completed!
The light they give out is perfect…we just need some nice warm summer evenings now!
I had an issue with one of the mounting plates and this was rectified straight away and I received a replacement within a couple of days.
All in all excellent product and brilliant customer service!

Absolutely great company to deal with. Excellent customer care from start to finish. Had a small issue with my lights after a few months, we all know these things can happen, I dropped the team an email, they answered back within ten minutes. No silly questions or hassles, just a reply to say not to worry and a replacement part was on its way to me, now that’s what I call 5 star customer care.

Just received 2 Henley solar pillar lanterns too go with the ones I purchased 3years ago(still working) one of the lamps had a broken switch,e mailed the solar center and within 20minutes received e mail apologising and a new lamp will be sent out excellent service

I had a problem with some solar lights not working as they should. Once I explained the problem I had a really prompt response asking me to try various things to identify the problem. This indicated a fault with the solar panel and a replacement was with me in two days. My lights now work wonderfully. A great response from SolarCentre

Not impressed with them recently. I bought some solar lights and they failed due to battery leakage which fried the components. It was just over 1 years old and they failed ages ago - but unfortunately I have just got around to asking for a replacement.
I have just received the generic 'sorry you are out of 1 year warranty' replay. Poor show and clearly just ducking the problems.

bought 4 miniflame solar lights.2 are fab but the other 2 stopped working.im expected send them back in mint resalable condition ????also to pay to return them.please sort out collection or send me out a return label.thank god i paid via paypal as it looks like i will have to be refunded that way..ticket no 159880

EDITED 23/42021... replacements received quickly after complaint.checked n both seem to be working fine so will charge them as advised.changed from 1star to 4star :)

I'm delighted with my two solar lanterns.The instructions were very easy to follow, and the lanterns worked immediately it was dark outside after I'd charged them. I've hung them either side of my patio as I already had wall fixings for them, but they're also supplied with stakes for those who prefer them to be lower down. The Solar Centre provided an excellent service and I'll definitely be back to them when I need more solar lights.

Had 2 lights that weren't working properly. Spoke with Elizabeth and she's arranged 2 replacements to be sent out ASAP. Excellent customer service, good products and quick reaction times. Thank you.

I have purchased several sets of lights in the past few months and have been very impressed with the quality of the products and the quick delivery.
I did have a problem with a wire snapping on a set of festoon lights but the customer service team were very helpful and professional and agreed to replace the set without question. They were delivered within 48 hours. Very impressive. A very good company to deal with.
